Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times:


  • Domestic orders: 7–15 business days
  • International orders: 10–25 business days

4. Tracking Information



Once your order has shipped:

5. International Shipping & Customs

7. Incorrect Address

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information
